      Pros

      The people are amazing and hard working.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, poor leadership and development. They will let you go without cause or notice. They also don't pay out PTO when you leave. Benefits are extremely poor and expensive. Leadership is disconnected.

      Great company overall and I've really enjoyed my time here! Good compensation plan, services, culture, and day to day.

      Being an 8 year old company, we lack some of the tools & resources that company with bigger more established companies.
