      Learning new skills Depending on where you are, good people Time and a half overtime, double time on Sundays Active job keeps you fit Attendance bonuses

      Cons

      Very tough physical work, bad ergonomics Sexual harassment and sexism on the line (depends if you are in a good or bad zone) The student wage is now just a little above min wage Shift work and mandatory overtime Very regimented atmosphere Required DR note for any time off, even one day

      Team is very compassionate, hard working, and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

      Case load and travel can be overwhelming.

      Good benefits, major holidays off (though schedule is adjusted to allow for that)

      Cons

      No advancement, bonuses can be reversed and taken out of your check, limited Saturdays off per year
