Cons
First of all if you are hired in USA do see the offer letter and ask HR if you do not see any mention about your Sick Time off. This company will ruin your personal life by saying that your sick time off is included in vacation time off which is only 10 days annually. There are unlimited leaves available but only at a higher band, do ask before accepting offer. Moreover the company itself is disoriented in its operations, Every manager will put pressure on you without listening the ground reality, They don't care about their own company's reputation. And when you are released from one project i.e. when you have 1 month left in client side billing the release note will be followed by a pre-termination letter from HR stating if you don't find a project in next 30 days we will terminate your employment. And your release happens just like that even if you are a rock start performer or a low performer. They don't want you to succeed. The top management if the worst of all, they will never listen a word from you. On top of all these you will be given not just 8 hours of work you will have to work for 15+ hrs along with off hrs and weekend hrs with no additional pay as they will mention you are a exempt employee in offer letter.
