      Pros

      You get to work in an MNC but everything totally depends on the manager and the project. If it's good then you have a good lifestyle otherwise you will get stuck in constant over workload and office politics.

      Cons

      1. No chance of project change until Manager approves(which they don't) even if you email multiple times to the HR. 2. No option to Work From Home. They are moving towards RTO.
