Pros
Hcl Chennai campus is nice place to work. Excellent architecture. If you get a good manager and project then it's great place to work. There is no attendance and login hours tracking system.
Cons
There are no proper managerial activities and no one is ready to go through the mail. In this organization I feel like more than low level employee there are too many HR and Manager. Came to this company for a project and more than 6 months completed and still not into any project. There are no official bench policy too. So better to avoid this company if you like to grow in career.
