Less or zero increment, almost zero opportunity of hands on in Electrical domain, higher management people come office by Mercedes while junior level employees cannot afford decent lifestyle, HR response is not quick, management always do research how to deduct amount from salary by implementing new rules, some managers are very rude, don't know how to talk.
