      Salaries are pretty much up, that is THE ONLY pro.

      Cons

      For them, any employee would do, they are proud of some numbers, but they do not care about anyone. Very poor management, no information from when I was hired until probation ended, no feedback. No one cares basically and since everyone sits tight in their position they still won't no matter how good you are.
