      Pros

      You can only take work experience from HCL, not more than that

      Cons

      1- Extra cutting from your In hand salary. 2- Very bad Bench policy ( you will be thrown out if you are on the bench more than 30 days). 3- HR and admin people work like government employee, they will not listen you. 4- Lesser chance of learning new technologies.
