Pros
Good technical projects if implemented properly. They will pay you anything you will ask if your skill sets are in demand of the company. Currently dealing with some with good clients. Instance benefits are nice.
Cons
No technical training is provided for learning development and growth. Immigration process is a mess. Project managers clueless about project, they are more bothered about delivery without considering quality and process. Most of the projects are short term. Technical and enterprise architects need upgrade in their skill set, it seems they are still stuck at 2010. Leadership is missing. No work life balance.
