      Pros

      I don't have the best reasons, but the company has policies and training programs that can benefit new joiners if they can agree manager or rather influence them to nominate. There are few good people who can help u learn a lot n few who will not want you to. Keep good company in order to rise and perform well and you wil notice you will outperform your peers.

      Cons

      Managers keen on playing politics no one cares about client than senior most managers. Quite frustrating to work some times.

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
