HCLTech is a big name and everyone knows it and also their headquarter is high in demand in market palce. HCLTech is also providing the higher education and growing things to the peoples.
Cons
HCLTech is a good company but their is so many cons of this as well. Being a part of HCLlite I'm telling this that in HCLTech the work life balance is not good, pressurization is too much in workplace, work from home is also not allowed and manager not allowing anytime in most of the case. The person who is leaving the home and live nearest to the campus and he want to go then also it is very hard to do that so Due to this pressure and not listening any correct voice and also trying the stop that voice as well. so These are real and fact cons of HCLTech .
