Pros

The only good part about this job was working remotely. That's it.

Cons

Where do I begin. I should have noticed the red flags even before I was hired- no one ever turned their video on even during my interview process. I worked here for a year and I had no idea of what any of my leadership or colleagues looked like. My first week of work crickets...nobody reached out or told me what to do. I had to look over large SOP manuals myself to get the gist of what I was doing. Such a cold & unfriendly working environment. The worst part - I was diagnosed with cancer during my employment here. I worked full-time during it, used my PTO for chemo days. I did all my work never any complaints and was so loyal to this place - just to be "laid off" when I hit my year anniversary with two other teammates. BEWARE - they hire you and promise you a bonus and then do massive layoffs right before you reach the quarter for your bonus. I didn't get mine because they purposely cut me off DAYS within hitting it. Absolutely disgusting company. Also, I had to sign up for their COBRA since you know I'm a laid off cancer patient - the company inactivated my health insurance a couple months in and didn't notify United Health Care or myself. This company is complete trash. Not one person reached out to me to check on me during the darkest times of my life - they do not care about you. They have such high turnover rates - all the jobs eventually get sent overseas to India. Also there's no HR number/I had to fight to even get paid out for PTO. Don't let this happen to you - RUN.

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
