People who have been working here for many years are ruling this place. You don't stand a chance to prove your Worth or Talent. I faced a lot of issues here while I tried to learn and support my team. There was no guidance at all. For experienced guys only, there is a scope. But for a Fresher, they would simply not consider you as a person. There is a no humanity in these people.
