Pros

HCL Comnet has different steams for Network, Security, Remedy, Tools, End User Computing, and a few others and departments like NOC, TAC, NSIG and other OMCs. Employees are maily to two catagories, Global and Domestic. Both have pros and cons. Pros for Global: 1. High salary, and Good yearly hike. 2. Free CAB facility. 3. High chance of International visits. 4. Highly professional life. Pros for Domestic: 1. Excellent hands on wide range of Cisco devices. 2. Excellent exposure for career growth in terms of real experience on Cisco devices. 3. Too much employee friendly in terms of leave and relation with manager.

Cons

Cons for Global: 1. No hands on of Cisco devices, ONLY remot support. (You'll never see a Cisco device in life) 2. Not so employee friendly in terms of leave, managment relation and all. 3. Should be ready for 24*7 support. Cons for Domestic: 1. Less salary and Less hike. 2. No cab service.

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
