      Pros

      ok place to work. policies are good but again it is of no use due to being working as external to client location.

      Cons

      There is no support from internal HCL team ever, they will put you on client project and from there no matter what happen at client end internal management never care until billing is coming . Sometime employees pays huge because of being external at client place
