      Top clients around the world with interesting projects

      Global direction has no (or doesn't want to have) real visibility or interest in local abroad from HQ. The strategy is confuse and looks like improvised. They don't really care or want to invest money on employees an real problems in other countries. A lot of cultural gaps no one seems to care about
