      Pros

      Timings are flexible.. Employee benefits Ploicies are good. Work load is normal.

      Cons

      Most of the managers are useless .. Very very poor management skills... Policies & Benefits are not common for all employees. Very less on-site opportunities. Talented employees are not recognised & utilised. Canteen food is not up to the mark.
