      Pros

      Good place to pick up skills for those early in their career. If in the right team, quality work is there for the taking. Lot of talented developers willing to share knowledge. The BI practise is one of the best.

      Cons

      Some of the managers run the place like a bureaucracy, Lot of internal politics. Not much choice in domain assigned to college recruits. Annoying bond must be signed by new engineers.
