      Pros

      Fast pace and I'm allowed to pick and structure my work. Most of my management is overseas so my relationship to my customer drives the day to day job details.

      Cons

      It is difficult to purchase project materials through the company. I have to but things personally and then get reimbursed. During business travel the company wants to book substandard hotels, so you always have to go through some exception process

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
