They sell themselves as a company with ethics but they have none. They do not take care of their personnel. It is extremely complicated to obtain a promotion to a position or salary. They tolerate conflictive people, who run over the operation, they do not listen to opinions. They have unethical managers who qualify their people according to subjectivities and not according to performance.
