Pros
The office in Frisco, TX is pretty nice location. My team members were decent and knowledgeable. Short list of Pros, I know. The clients were awesome. Unfortunately, I can see this company's market share to climb as more potential clients seek to cut costs by outsourcing their IT offshore.
Cons
Bait and switch quoted payrate. No opportunity for growth. Flexible Workweek loophole allows them to underpay associates proper overtime pay. Corporate intranet is a labyrinth and is impossible to find what you are looking for in less than 30 minutes unless you stumbled across it before while looking for something else... And about 100 other things lead me to run away as fast as I could. If you are determined to sign on with them please be aware that it could take up to a month to see your first paycheck. I waited 5 weeks before I threw such a fit that they wire transferred money into my bank account.
