      1. the biggest pron is Market Value , if you are in HCL means You are visible in market ,everyone want you ,its really happen to me ,i got all most all big MNC call till now ,before Hcl it is not happened to me . 2. they provide best technical training .

      Cons

      not getting much work , learning depends on project , very bad working env. and if luckily you get some work then ,,,you got headach ..no onw help you , bad micromanagement , politics
