      They have 4 round process for recruit software engineer from fresh graduates. (aptitude test > pseudo code test > technical round > HR round) after selected, you will gain good training experience with HCL. they will you training approx.. 2 month period and during that you will learn basics of java, Spring MVC, hibernate, JDBC template, JavaScript validations, etc.

      Cons

      sometimes you have to work in weekend to cover the workloads.
