Pros
Some projects are exceptionally good where you get a chance to grow and prove your loyalty but your deployment in one such project is a matter of luck.
Cons
Poor salary, Most of the freshers usually spend 6-7 months doing nothing (mostly as shadow resources), Low increments- low perks, Short term projects (extremely difficult to build your stature) High probability of bench deployment (after spending more than 3 idle weeks on bench you are ATL- Asked To Leave*).
