      Good exposure to new technology. Axon has a good reputation in the industry for hitting deadlines and empolying competent consultants so good on the CV. Possible to move up the career ladder quickly if you are prepared to push.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be poor. As all consultancies culture can often be more influenced by that of the clients project.
