Pros
During training, the coaches are very helpful. They want you to do well with the material but they also want you to take care of yourself mentally, physically, etc.
Cons
Expect to work on weekends and after work hours on weekdays at least during the training phase. The training is very stressful since it is crammed into 3 months. Upper management is also willing to relocate you without your input. Once you accept their offer, you are expected to stay with the company for at least 2 years or else you have to pay a prorated amount for the training (up to $20,000).
