      Pros

      I work on a good contract with great people and management are wonderful (within the project)

      Cons

      All support is India based, and hard to work with. They offer well below the industry standard, and do not follow up on promised raises. Nobody is inspired to go for higher level positions because it takes 6+ months to see any kind of difference in pay.
