      Great breadth and depth of exposure to different industries and technologies. Very mature systems , tools and processes. Great customer stories and relations makes HCL a great company. Encourages Innovation as a culture

      Cons

      Monetary benefits are very stringent. Multiple approval levels makes decision making time consuming and challenging. Employee retention gets challenging due to better opportunities and pay outside
