Pros
There some good teams playing with new technologies. If you are lucky you can be in one. Good place to start your career. You get a brand name. Culture is good. Work life balance is good.
Cons
package is a concern. Senior management should get more involved. Wont get the work location you asked for. Hikes will be not satisfactory. No goodies from company during festive times. No joining bonus. 3 months notice period think before joining. Lot of contract based employees now inside the company. Canteen not good as well
