      Flexible policies better than Infosys, tcs and other

      Cons

      Fool and useless middle and senior management. Bunch of jokers who does not know anything. People just waiting for retirement. No vision , no objective, no direction just doing bamboo in project managers and below. You have to lick boots to grow and become one of them.
