Software Engineer - Anonymous employee HCLTech Employee Review

Oh man where do I start... The constant micromanagement will make you feel like you’re literally a kid. Zero trust in their employees. Honestly feels like they don’t give a damn about the employees. They do value their clients but treat their employees horrendously. The management is non existent and you’re probably going to be treated like an assistant for some Indian dude with horrible English and zero man management skills (Atleast for my project).
