Hr's act as Managers Agents.. Appraisal policy is worst, if you r tamilian nothing to worry abt appraisal in most projects. Most of middle level managers are unfit for there position not at all number one employer.. If you get 20,000 hike, 10,000 they will only keep as a variable pay, which will be given to you based on your rating next year! Never join this company by mistake also.. Notice period is 3 months n no buyout..
