Pros
It all depends on the client and project you work for. working culture is OK. It is good place for managers. good learning opportunity again based on the project. There are lot of onsite opportunities, But depends on the project you are placed.
Cons
Freshers are not given choice of working location. Chennai freshers will be put to Bangalore and vice-versa. Managers handling freshers, treat them badly. People are outsourced to Client place where work culture is pathetic. managers do not listen to the concerns of people in the client location. Appraisal is below industry standard. new appraisal system introduced where the hikes will be delayed by 6 months is bad. the 3 months notice period introduced is the main reason why employees are not able to jump. bench period is now restricted to 3 months.
