      Pros

      Was deputed into BPR SAP. Respect to Managers for providing complete bandwidth in exploring technical Innovation.

      Cons

      On Bench, you get called on Niche projects onsite/Bangalore by PMs but HR approval is a must to get into the project. I felt pushed into a project, not to my liking by HR. Was the reason I left.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
