Pros
Fun place to work. management is very much understandable, dependable, co-operative. There is every scope to grow professionally if you grab the opportunities at the right time in right way.
Cons
Compensation is not at all as per the industry standards. There is no concept of normalization as per the years of experience, based on the performance. It is so disappointing that people come and join with lesser exp would get more pay package than people who are consistently performing for longer years.
