Mobility Specialist - Anonymous employee HCLTech Employee Review

Well established quality companies utilize HCL for it's I.T. outsourcing - therefore they may be difficult to avoid if you want a position at a big well established company. They are solely focused on tickets, not customer service, not doing a good job for the customer, just.....tickets. I understand they get paid off ticket closure but at least TRY to do a quality job. They care nothing about their employees. Horrible work environment.
