Pros
There are a number of Pros ob being an HCLite 1). The compensations are good. 2). HR processes are pretty transparent.
Cons
However it also has its fair share of downsides 1). The workload is not evenly balanced ( 80% of the work is handled by 20% of the employees) 2). A feeling of working in hierarchical organization is persistent.
