Good work environment. no strict timings or dress code. Friendly HRs as they can't do anything.
Cons
Company blocks lot of employee's wage in terms of variable pay which is sadly yearly and attached with your annual appraisal. So, maximum you will gain 100% if u are OS. So, company can save lot of money here in terms of variable pay. Getting promotions easier if close to management. Being employee first company there is no point in forcing employees to serve 3 months notice period.Attrition rate should be stopped only by providing better hike and environment, not by increasing the notice period. "Employee First" is just a funda/gyan by Mr.Vineet Nayar to sell HCL in the market, nothing else.
