      you can manage professional/person life. Not too much pressure if you do well. Plenty of opportunities. Amazing office infrastructure with lush greenery and huge cafeterias. alot onsite opportunities but you should know how to steal them.

      Cons

      Do not expect salary growth once you are hired. Quite a lot politics so you better come in with plans :D
