Pros
As long as you do your required work and meet your deadlines, you will have no problems here. Leadership opportunities are available if you show that you have what it takes. Company works in developing a good relationship with their clients, but this may depend on the customer and manager you work for.
Cons
No more than 2 weeks vacation and 2 floating holidays is ever given. No sick days. Employee web site is very fragmented, leading to lots of confusion in finding HR information, or in performing online training. If you request leave without pay you may forfeit bonuses. Raises are small.
