      free coffee and tea flexible in making up time must management is strong and pleasant absolutely no opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      pay varies greatly for same job duties, I work on a L1 desk with a $12,000 salary difference amongst those performing the same duties and performance level poor work/life balance HR is very difficult to contact and will treat you like a another number
