      Pros

      They have great benefits and pay well lot's of opportunity to have different jobs within the same company.

      Cons

      Need to have a union or you will start losing benefits. They won't tell you them max you can ask for is 44k per year. Their is no immediate way to get a raise or promotion unless you wait till june or January.
