Good pay but only for laterals. Later on 0% hike.

No safe , no inclusive and no respectful working environment where everyone is heard. Clients and business partners especially Verizon account is worst project where employees are treated Worst than daily wage workers. Even if you get average of 9/10 rating , your year end rating can be as low as - threshold Performance. Join only if you don't have any other options.
