      For few projects HCLTech provides Remote work which is a pro offcourse.

      Cons

      Very minimal appraisal, no promotions even after giving so many years to the company, no incentive/bonus or gifts on any occasion like Diwali. All in all, there very minimal to no professional growth in HCL Tech
