Pros
Good to start your career with but please remember there are only support projects here. Anyways really a good company to get your foot into the door and move ahead in your employment life.
Cons
Appraisal cycle is weak. Promotion cycle's chain often slips and gets derailed. You become a Buddha over here. You love everyone, everyone loves you but you learn to expect nothing. I have had two promotions without any designation change and hike :)
