      Good environment to learn new technologies, Work from home option, Work life balance

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities within the company. Very less salary hike. Even though it is product company, all of its policies are inherited from HCL technologies. Yearly performance bonus payment is not transparent. Company promises more in offer letter, however you get lesser always because of variable pay

      If you are for ol team you are converted.

      Cons

      Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
