HR doesn’t exist, people are getting to the roles with referrals mostly. Pay is not good unless you are a “Leader”. Compensation plans are rubbish. No clear career growth with structured plans. The culture is not good, too much politics, leadership doesn’t understand the struggles or doesn’t listen. Processes are not clear, not enough tools to operate efficiently and current tools are not really address the needs/doesn’t work the way they should. Changes are immediate and constant, nothing is settled. If you are someone who is looking for stability and clear processes, HCL Software is not the right place for you.
