      Pros

      Good environment, Good Team, Average Work, moderate work-life balance.

      Cons

      They have established product-based entity using the Unica team of IBM. But Still there mind set is like serivce based like HCL Technology. No increament(less than 7%), Variable pay is high in CTC which you might not get(around 30-40% people will not get). Think twice before joing if you are looking for product based organisation.

      Pros

      Plenty of autonomy to develop product strategy, GA activities on your own.

      Cons

      Minimal budgets for any products other than marquee ones, Product team operates in a vacuum, so it's often a tug of war for information on product enhancements and pipeline. Salary ranges are on the low end.
