Overall good policies for employee's retention

Few policies like employee's Education programs are not clearly defined.

Colleagues were great, interesting work opportunities

Very poor base salaries for "freshers" and the organization strings high performers out for years. Promises raises in another 6 months and doesn't deliver. Drop employees overnight when they lose contracts.
