Jobs are mostly easy Benefits are pretty good People are good

Pay started off good but after inflation hit you can find many other jobs that pay around the same to start even after you've been here 20 years. Union is pointless in this place. Can't even get a full RRSP match. A company built for investment purpose only and to keep the workers "just above broke" so they will keep on working . Career enhancement is good if your willing to dedicate all your time to the system.

Going home at the end of the shift

Lack of equipment, poor working conditons. Place is a truly bad place to work for. Low pay for what is expected of people. Managent are spineless snakes. Politics and drama throughout. Lack of proper equipmemt for yard. Safety in yard and in Logistics area total joke. Conditions in yard terrible.
